 Items of personal nature like laundry, telephone calls, room

 The payments for additional services taken at the hotel are to
be settled directly at the hotel
 Any expenses caused by factors beyond our control, like-
Flight / Vehicle delays, Strikes, Natural calamity, Landslide,
