JD FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:
We are Hiring smart, dynamic & experienced candidates for the position of Business Development Manager to execute marketing strategy, policy & ethics in the market. An ideal candidate applying for the above post must perform the following:
Responsibilities:
• Contacting potential clients to arrange meetings, generate leads and close them effectively.
• Planning & overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
• Finding & Developing new markets & improving sales.
• Developing goals for the sales team with business growth & to ensure that they are met.
• Training personnel & helping team members to develop their skills.
• Have to create 4 Exclusive Distributor during OJT in their district or neighboring districts of Odisha or it’s neighboring states as per the vacancy.
Requirements :
• Candidates with Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Experience required at least 2-5 years in sales, marketing & related field.
• Representative skill with communication potential.
• Excellent Organizational skill.
SALARY & INCENTIVE-
• Four months of On Job Training (OJT) period from the date of joining.
• Rs. 30,000/- during on job training & Rs. 32,000/- to Rs. 56,000/- per month in regular period.
• Apart from Rs. 30,000/- a BDM also getting extra 50,000/- incentives or Royal Enfield 350 cc Hunter Bullet, if he creates 4 exclusive distributors within 100 days with company’s terms & conditions.
• Similarly, a BDM is getting additional incentives of Rs. 1,00,000/- if a BDM creates a Super Stockiest in any district as per vacancy.
• After OJT period, getting a regular salary of Rs. 32,000 to Rs. 56,000 per month including all.
